Paul was formerly General Manager of TNT, Toll Logistics and Westbus.

Councillor Aitken OAM FAIM has served on Council for 15 years. He operates a local group of eight real estate office, three restaurant, two gift shops and a world class painted panorama at Glenbrook, employing over 200 people. He represents Council on a range of Boards and Committees including, Penrith Whitewater Stadium, Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC), the Floodplain Management Authority, the Climate Change Working Party, External Audit Committee and Appointed Member of the Joint Regional Planning  Panel. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the CEO Institute.

Annette is a lawyer with over 20 years experience, working in small, medium and large legal firms and more recently in her own legal practice. Annette has developed expertise in advising and assisting entities (incorporated companies, unincorporated association and not-for-profits and government clients) in insolvency and corporations law, setting up entities, resolving disputes and litigation, property matters and in other related areas of law. Clients have included international entities operating in Australia.

Craig has 29 years’ experience in local government and is currently a Director of Penrith City Council. His responsibilities include regional; metropolitan; transport; recreation; community and land-use planning; economic development; corporate development; city partnerships; sustainability; environmental health and children’s services. He is also a member of the Ripples St Marys Leisure Centre Board.

Greg is the Transport and Logistics sector representative on the board.

He is National Distribution Manager, Liquor Marketing Group Ltd, a large Australian liquor wholesaler.

He is also a former Director of Panthers Group and played a significant role in negotiations for sponsorship of Panthers in the 2006 and 2007 seasons with Parkview, who have major development interests in Penrith. Greg is a life long resident of Penrith.

She is a Councillor with both Western Sydney Regional Advisory Council and the State Council of NSW Business Chamber, Deputy Chair of Mamre Plains Limited and past President of the Penrith Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Clr Mark Davies

Cr Mark Davies was first elected to Penrith City Council in 2004 and is currently serving his first term as Mayor.  He has been a Penrith resident for the past 40 years and is passionate about attracting investment to the City, boosting the local economy and creating more jobs for residents.

Cr Davies is Council’s representative on the NSW Joint Regional Planning Committee and a Board member of the Penrith Business Alliance.

Prior to joining Council, Clr Davies worked in the engineering field in the television industry and currently runs a small business, Tech-Dry Building Products.

Cr Davies lives in Glenmore Park with his wife Tanya Davies, Member for Mulgoa, and their young daughter.  In his spare time he is a keen photographer and also enjoys playing the guitar.

Lea is the Small Business sector representative on the board.

She is General Manager and co-owner of the well known multi-service business Hix Group Pty Ltd, based in Penrith. The company provides electrical, data, solar, plumbing, and fire protection services in Western Sydney.
Lea is a Board member of the Penrith Valley Chamber of Commerce, TAFE Western Sydney Advisory Council, and Schools Industry Partnership. She is the Chair of the fundraising committee of the Australian Women’s and Children’s Research Foundation. She has a strong involvement in local high schools’ young achievers and careers programs. Lea is active in ‘giving back’ to the Penrith Region.

Jonathon is the Arts, Culture and Communications sector representative on the board.

He has over 15 years’ university teaching and academic administration and leadership experience and has supervised many international award-winning students. His current focus of research is in material intelligence and intelligent use of materials, and in the application of design thinking to addressing pressing concerns related to food security and climate change.

He is Group Property Manager, CSR Ltd.

In this role, Andrew has been involved over past 10 yrs in developing CSR’s significant land holdings in Erskine Business Park. His efforts have attracted flagship businesses such as Bluescope Steel to Penrith.

Andrew currently manages CSR’s industrial and residential development projects in Western Sydney (Erskine Park Industrial and Woodcroft Residential). His efforts have attracted flagship businesses such as Bluescope Steel to Penrith.

He is the Managing Director of the Medich Property Group.

Roy is a major property owner in Penrith and has property interests around Sydney. He is the NSW State Government appointed member on the University of Western Sydney (UWS) Board of Trustees and member of UWS Campus Development Committee and Foundation Board. He is also a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board for Greater Western Sydney; member Liverpool Chamber of Commerce & Industry; member Urban Development Institute of Australia; and member Urban Taskforce of Australia. Roy has received numerous civic awards and has a strong involvement in the development of Liverpool.

Tim is the Health and Wellbeing sector representative on the board.
He is Chief Executive Officer of Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD) based in Minchinbury. AFFORD’s commercial operations include packaging and pallet manufacture. They are also involved in importing, fundraising and investment.

AFFORD is a large multi-service organisation that employs 450 people and supports over 1,000 people with a disability in Greater Western Sydney and Penrith. Tim is a member of the National Disability Services (NDS) Board; Deputy Chair of NDS-NSW; and Chair National OH&S Committee and National Finance and Audit Committee.
