Penrith City and Gangseo District in Seoul, Korea, have a long standing relationship built on an Economic Cooperation Agreement between the two Cities.

In 2011 the Penrith Business Alliance and the Gangseo-gu Chapter of the SCCI signed a Memorandum of Understanding to give this relationship a business focus for the mutual benefit of the two Cities.

The MOU was signed by PBA Chairman, Paul Brennan, and President of the Gangseo-gu Chapter of SCCI, Jin-Soo Song, on 28th October, 2011.

A PBA business delegation is visiting Gangseo from 1st to 4th April 2012 and will be meeting with Mr Song and other executives of the Chamber to further explore business opportunities between the two Cities.
